Returns & Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our leather. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Leather is a natural material; slight variations in grain or color are characteristics of the hide and are not considered defects.

The Return Process:

Initiate: Email support@happyshopee.com with your order number and reason for return.

Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address for your region.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3 business days), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
